7 Days Through Genesis 1
Each day focuses on one act of creation — what God did, what the Hebrew says, and what He is revealing about how He deals with His children. Study the concordance. Sit in the Selah. Let God teach.
Day 1
H-216 · Or — to make clear
Before light: dark, empty, void, no identity, no direction. The condition of the earth mirrors the human heart before salvation. God speaks light and the void cannot remain.
Day 2
H-7549 · Raqia — beaten expanse
God hammers space into chaos. The only day He doesn't say "good" — because structure alone isn't good. Structure that leads to fruit is good. He separates BEFORE He fills.
Day 3
H-2233 · Zera — every seed carries its design
Dry land appears only after waters are gathered. Your promise is hidden under what God has to confine first. The only day God says "it was good" twice — double favor.
Day 4
H-4150 · Moed — appointed times
God sets time before He sets life in motion. Many are anointed but out of season. These lights don't control you — they measure you. Discern your season or be devoured by it.
Day 5
H-1288 · Blessed to multiply
The first blessing in all of scripture. Stagnation is not blessable — movement is. Birds fly in the open firmament, not the lower waters. Elevation requires operating in your appointed space.
Day 6
H-6754 · Tselem — representative figure
Made in His image. Five commands: fruitful, multiply, replenish, subdue, dominion. You were not made to look like God and act like the devil. You fight FROM dominion — not for it.
Day 7
H-7673 · Shabath — cease and celebrate
God wasn't tired. He modeled completion. The first holy thing in scripture is not a place — it is a day. Rest is warfare. Striving is doubt with sweat on it.
